My husband retired from the US Navy in 1992 after over 21 years of service and we immediately moved to Corpus Christi, the site of his very first duty station. We are both natives of Nebraska and have brought a bit of our Midwest ideas and 'ways' with us. We purchased a home and moved onto Padre Island. At the end of 1992, I became a licensed real estate agent and specialized in Property Management of short term/nightly and yearly leasing. My friend and partner, Sandra Reidda and I started Coastline Properties, Inc. in 1995 and built our new office on South Padre Island Drive in 1998. Sandra passed away unexpectedly in 2002 and I completed her numerous construction projects and continue to own and operate Coastline Properties on Padre Island. I have expertise in property management, selling new construction, residential lots, residential homes and income producing properties as well as firsthand knowledge of the ins & outs of owning and managing rental property. I have been a multi-million dollar producer for numerous years. I am a highly knowledgeable real estate professional with values, loyalty and commitment to my clients and profession. I love Padre Island and being a part of a wonderful way of life as well as 'selling' this way of life to others. My husband and I have six children and eight grandchildren and friends galore! We are very blessed. Life is good on Padre Island!
