Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy. First, we live and breathe Corpus Christi | North Padre Island real estate. It is our passion. To start, we will assemble a comprehensive market analysis (CMA) of your home that will give you a variety of pricing and timing options to consider. We will tailor your selling strategy in accordance with your goal, whether you are selling to move to another home locally, selling and moving out of the area or navigating through a trust and estate sale. Setting your expectations correctly from the start is of primary importance to us.
Everyone on the Same Page. We will set up a timeline that you and my team will have access to and will show you exactly what is happening each day until your house closes escrow. From property inspections, landscaping and photo shoots, to open houses and brokers’ tours, home re-design, we’ll map it all out for you. We run a smooth operation and are obsessed with making the process as smooth as possible for you and your family.
Direct Communication. Call me. Email me. Whatever works best for you. If I am unable to answer your phone call, it will be returned within a very short period of time; your email will be returned within the business day. While I have an entire team at your disposal, I am your contact for everything that you may need.
Robust Marketing Plan. Leave no stone unturned. We live by this motto when marketing our homes, and the most effective strategy is to start with a heavy online presence. We have relationships with well over 10 major real estate websites (including our local MLS, zillow.com, trulia.com, therealestatebook.com, openhouse.com, etc.) where your home’s info and media will be disseminated across the platforms. And, of course, you will have a Coastline Properties post dedicated solely to your home. In short, your home will be put in front of any and all buyers looking in the Corpus Christi market. Brokers’ tours, and strategic marketing to other local realtors are additional tools we will employ to maximize buyer interest and price for your home.
No Need to Open Your Checkbook. Whenever we take a listing, it is truly at our expense. The re-design of your home, professional photography, marketing materials,vitual tours, and more are all on us. It’s all part of our full service approach we feel all clients deserve.
